Wed-Fri 7-9pm. Sun 9-11am.

Practices begin March 6th. We will split the room between beginner and advanced wrestlers, we have two full mats.
*We understand that 7PM is late for our younger wrestlers. Please join us on Sunday mornings if you can. Beginning in April, we will be renting the mat space at San Francisco State University, ideally with an easier schedule for our wrestlers and coaches.
